Just for fun, NG Model have provided some information on the content of the December 2018 1:400 release and upgrade to the Boeing 789 mould.
The planned December 2018 release will comprise of 7 Boeing 752 models, 5 Boeing 738 models and the first release of the Beluga XL model.
The Boeing 752 will feature -
G-
TF-
OH-
EI-
The Boeing 738
B-
OY-
G-
The Beluga XL
F-
The planned release date will be on or before the third week in January 2019, details of the release will be provided early next month. News on the Boeing 789 mould, NG Model are upgrading the mould, with the first upgraded release due in March 2019.
Don't think we need to guess the registration of the Beluga XL, pretty sure most of us can interpret what it'll be!!
G- will probably be TUI or DHL with James Mays face on it, I hope
TF- could be the glacier livery, or the 90s livery
OH- i have no idea, did Finnair have 757s?
EI- probably Aer Lingus
B- something Chinese
OY- maybe another Britannia in a different colour
G- no idea, could be anything for all i know lol
Too soon for the James May DHL I think, given they were still discussing the artwork only last week. I'll say with a degree of confidence though, that the Tui and Aer Lingus 757's will appear. The TF reg may well be the Glacier livery or another regular Icelandair but with Scimitar winglets this time.

Depending upon which livery the TF and OH are, I might actually not get a single NG model this month. My wallet can use the break, anyway. I'll likely be spending a lot of money on L-1011's when those come out.
For the most part, for 757's I'm interested in N-reg.

OH- ..... did Finnair have 757s?
EI- probably Aer Lingus
Finnair certainly did have 757s - seven of 'em.
The first OH-LBO joined the fleet in 1997 and left in 2013. Six more, OH-LBR to V & X followed up to 2002. The fleet started being run down in 2010 and the last left in January 2014.
Three, OH-LBR, S & T, are now in Aer Lingus livery as EI-LBR, S & T.

Lest we forget the Finnish reg'd 757's leased to Easyjet ? Two was it not ? One with winglets... We've already seen an Easyjet 757 of course, maybe the rest are due ?

While looking on the wingsworld.cn website, they have a Chinese military aircraft listed as a PLAAF under the NG Model section. I did a brief internet search and didn’t find anything on this aircraft, maybe someone has more info ? Thanks, Todd

Re: NG Model - December 2018 Release Hints
It will be JANUARY in 3 days; I would hardly call anything a December release since none of them will see the light of day in 2018.
Just a thought!
BA2936, I love your originality of these hints and speculations using reg. prefixes; a play right out of the AeroClassics playbook. Can you show some originality please instead of copying what others do?

Really, AC threatened by the most basic of hints, staggered I've always respected you Andrew and you feel that the use of prefixes is down to Aeroclassics originality - honestly, I'm just trying to inject some fun, as you've attempted to do in the past. I am proud to say I have over 300+ models from your stable, but you call me over originality? Should NG cough up the registration ahead of production? Maybe the tail scheme would enthuse the collector - their call not mine.
I've sat back and quietly applauded your response to the criticism of your recent releases, measured and professional, but this?
What's your suggestion to raise the interest in what until recently was a moribund hobby, and no I have no financial or commercial interest in this new starter.

They are 运-20, Todd, which translates as Yun-20 or Xi'an Y-20 the 4-engine military transport.
Any idea of what they're specifically upgrading on the 789 moulds? Was already a very good mould or one of the best, don't know what they could do to it to make it look better
I'm hoping B752 TF- would be Icelandair TF-FIR 90th anniversary and TF-FIN Icelandic Loftleidir Antarctica, and both releases on third week in January would be an extraordinary gift for my birthday.
I think B752 EI- Aer Lingus, and The B752 OH- are Finnair, maybe Santa Claus livery and classic livery.
I guess the OY- could be a Britannia Nordic and/or Sterling B738.
G- could be a Britannia B738 and hopefully a Monarch B752.
Regarding the OH- B752, if it is Finnair, I remember when they operated for Air Scandic out of the UK for a season or two. Not as pretty and exotic as Air Scandic's pair of A300B4s (ex-KarAir/Finnair) though!

Moribund - brilliant. Fellow Alan Partidge fan, by any chance?

In January it looks to be a gorgeous birthday for me. You could consider I've already bought them.
Oh, if only G-OJIB was in this livery it once wore:
I'll be getting both Icelandairs, the Aer Lingus, the Beluga, and possibly the West Atlantic and Shandong 738's (I'd like to replace the Witty SDA with the banners too).

Just received confirmation from NG Model, there are no 1:200 models slated for this month due to the development of the Beluga XL mould. 1:200 models still features large in the NG Model product plans: 2019 looks good for new 1:200 offerings.
The TF reg may well be the Glacier livery or another regular Icelandair but with Scimitar winglets this time.
Big Al, you were absolutely right, I didn't think of an upgraded regular version with scimitar winglets. Concerning this nobody released one earlier. Also I find NG's scimitar winglets are better than Gemini's ones.
Well there goes my Christmas money too! Great set of releases for NG to round off their inaugural year. Who would have thought this time last year we would have a fleet of easyJet 757s and almost a fleet of Britannia Airways? Hopefully Mr Klein releases a Britannia 762 in 2019 then we’d just need a 737-200 from somewhere.
I’ll be taking all 3 easyJet 757s, Thomson 737, Britannia 737 and Beluga
A little error in the picture, because the registration number of Icelandair 80 years of Aviation it isn't G-FCLB, but it's TF-FIR.
Of course in the picture of aircraft, the registration is correct.
