Borrowed my neighbors camers, Not top quality but here they are. This one will hold up to 2 717's or 727's aor one 767. THe 767 is about the largest that will fit. The MD-11 sticks out a tad sorry no pic of that.

Looking good!! The Pikestuff buildings are great, and easy to use. I have several that I have turned into different HO scale fire stations. Hadn't even considered getting one for a 1:400 hanger, but I just might have to now. :)

May I offer a suggestion? I don't know if you plan on doing anything to the door, but I have used very thin Evergreen strip styrene on my fire stations as a combination of a trim piece and something to hide uneven cuts. I just surround the large doors with it, and it really adds to the appearance of the building. Just a thought.

Hi Mike
I bought some angle "L" pieces I was gonna put around the door openings. I also bought some Evergreen to make the doors out of. I may even add trusses to the roof once I fill in cut out areas.

looks like a good solution

aircraft collectors are so ressourceful when it comes to adapting supplies from other hobbies to common needs like hangars.
really wish there were more GSEs though...no diorama should lack those tiny airliner companions.
