Default Hints for oct gj

Well we have turned into Fall in the North and Spring rains eternal in the South. Hints for the October 2015 GJ releases. We have 15 releases
this month, 8 in 1/400 scale, 7 in 1/200. No Emirates either! But you Canadians, Aussies and Europeans will be very happy.

1/200 scale
#1) This stretched 8 looks really great, especially in Delhi and Dubai as of late.
#2) This CRJ no longer sports Grey, but can now be seen anywhere from Dallas to Monterrey.
#3) This Airbus twin might one day be hauling freight, especially since it has increased weight.
#4) As Bobby Di Nero once said, no Little Fokkers sitting on the bed.
#5) The first of its kind, its eyes under cover, should we alert Danny Glover.
#6) This Douglas Classic was always mighty fine, especially when its down as the Baby Nine.
#7) This one looks great from afar, especially close up you see the Scimitar.

1/400 scale
#1) If you love your Maple and your bacon too, this one is Canadian times 2.
#2) This Junior Jungle Jet is now shiny and bright, its flag will wave through out the night.
#3) If its good enough for the Pope, its good enough for you, its glimmering new paint really shines through.
#4) You Prop fans will really like this, especially polished up it seems like it could hiss.
#5) A Classic giant is starting to disappear, catch them now before they are really rare.
#6) Blue on blue it really looks great, especially when sitting on this version of the 8.
#7) From Honolulu to London, you will certainly fly with glee, but this beauty has new colors for a seven sixty three.
#8) One more to add before we are done, you Aussie fans are sure to have fun.

Could #5 1/400 be LH 'retro' 747-8i finally?

Korean Airlines 747-8i ?

Thought the same thing too, but 1: JCW's is doing this on the same exact mould. 2: PHX is releasing this next month in both ground and in flight configuration. Talk about flooding the market here with three diff options to choose from. And finally 3: Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Hogan and only they have the licensing to do any Korean Air products now?

I like your logic, and yep the KLM 787-9 seems plausible too...

I think #1 is probably a CRJ or Dash 8. Or maybe a CS100. By "Canadian times 2" I suspect they mean it's a Canadian carrier and a Canadian airplane.

#7 could be the new WestJet 767-300. They are operating to Hawaii and England.

That makes sense, yep. Wouldn't mind if they did the Westjet Tartan tail 737-700, that was created to mark the launch of the Halifax-Glasgow route this year.

I agree. But if it really is an AC 789 I'll still get one haha, I'll just be a little disappointed

We shall know pretty soon, as the September GJs are tiring this weekend at retailers.

I really hope #5 is 747-100/200 in the new mold. Hopefully Kalitta Air...

Also hoping #2 is an ERJ-145LR

Haha! Or at least basic math.

I think it's probably an AC Dash or CRJ, but I'm hoping it's something more retro like Air BC or Time Air or something. Better still if it's a Dash 7.

I thought about that too, but since one hasn't actually been delivered yet, it would technically be a "flight of fantasy" model. Liveries could change, registration numbers are unknown...

But....a WestJet 767 and an AC CRJ900! That's enough to make me happy for now.
