Default Aeroclassic August releases?

We are half way thru the month already and not a peep out of AC. are the August releases squished in this pile of ruin?

AC does not export thru the Port of Tianjin. Hangzhou port & or Shanghai port are much further south.

Our prayers go out to the families missing loved ones in the massive explosion at Tianjin port two days ago!

Hmmm....perhaps Waffle etc. Will be able to list soon - Dominicana and Air Madagascar for me...there are also some suspiciously new looking listings without photos in the Dima database - hopefully the wait won't be long now!

I think for Luis it's always Christmas time, every month of the year...

But he's a great retailer, bought from him many times but if you happen to live in Florida like him you end up paying a lot of FL sales tax on your orders..

Florida state taxes are the least of my worries, his shipping prices are outrageous.

that has always been a deal killer for me and i only live 300 miles from them. Adamjets uses an independent shipper/packer that adds too much to the cost. sure they are boxed well, but i have never received a damaged model from the wafflehouse packed in the LA times!

I used Adamjets for many purchases until about four years ago, but the overall cost became too prohibitive with international shipping, so I now use ARD, Waffle and EZ. Adamjets service was always good though.

Only his customers could appreciate that! I admit that sometimes I'll look for the Sudoku or Jumble before the models.

I hate it when he's ripped the pages I'm trying to read or get a recipe off of as I unpack the models!!

Just placed an order, hoping for the real estate section this time!

Probably just the Air Madagascar for my 70's collection, and maybe Dominicana. Glad to see there are more releases again this month, though! I didn't realize that any of TAP's 707's stuck around long enough to wear that neat 80's-90's scheme.

I went for Air Madagascar, Dominicana, and that Eastern DC-7 which I hope (fingers crossed) will be gorgeous! (I bought the Dominicana because I felt sorry for the prototype). I'm so happy Mr. Klein is back with some awesome classic releases!

The TAP B707-320B is indeed a treat, and yes, the 707s were retired rather late, about the same time Olympic's were, with the arrival of the A310s, [the A300s on OA's case].

Could the B727-200 and B737-200/-300 tarmac-mates be far behind ???

Thanks a lot Mr Klein, for the Malaysian releases!

Hopefully AC will return producing 747 again. Haven't seen any jumbos in AC production in a long time, I think.

Ordered both Air Madagascar and Dominicana tonight. I didn't even realize that the Dominican Republic had had an airline! Looks like it operated the 707 in the 80's and 90's, to JFK and MIA.

As for 747's, see my signature. Reissues are desperately needed...people who got into this hobby after 2007 want 747's, too.

Ordered the TAESA and Delta B732's from...Luis. I have been dealing with him for about 10 years now, never had a problem. Only once has he ever made a mistake with an order, shipped the wrong one, and he readily exchanged it. Actually, it gave me the perfect opportunity to visit his business and meet him. His business operates from a warehouse a stones throw from Tamiami airport in South Miami. I also purchase from waffle, EZtoys and Sky's the Limit in Orlando and have had good experiences with them all.

If Aeroclassics is producing 250 piece for each model. And sometimes it is very hard to get it. Cause it was sold out. Why not go to Aeroclassics and make special order for a model you like. And pay maximum retail price say $35.95 each. 250 PC will cost you $8,997.50 only. I am talking about if you are rich and can afford it. And you really like that model.

Why would you purchase 250 pieces for maximum retail price of $35.95 or more of the exact same model, even if you were rich, it some how doesn't make any sense..??

I inquired. One piece of custom made scale 1:400 will cost $300.00 each. Where I can buy it for $20.00 to $40.00 area from a dealer.
