Ahhh!!!!!! I don't see any MiG Killers!!! Actually, I take that back. I see Showtime 100 front and center on the top shelf. You should definitely pad the 'MiG Killer' ranks, though.
My two favorite Navy F-4 squadrons were/are VF-111 the Sundowners, and VF-161 the Chargers. Both units scored MiG kills during deployments on Yankee Station. VF-161 operated all 4 Navy variants of the Phantom; the B, N, J, and S. They were one of the final two squadrons to operate the F-4S.
On the USAF side, I always liked the F-4G Wild Weasels. A bit of a departure from the F-4's design mission, but the Wild Weasels ran a remarkable air campaign in Desert Storm, 1991.
Haven't picked up any new releases in a couple months, nothing has really caught my fancy from NG, AC, or GJ. So, it's allowed me to catch up on some ebay hunting for older releases.
Was able to pick up this duo, from separate sellers and auctions.
Got the Qantas 787-9 too, together with the 100 years livery VH-ZNJ. The whole pandemic situation is considerably slowing down mail services, it took over a month for those two to arrive from Hong Kong but it was well worth the wait.
They're both top quality models as expected from NG. Very fine prints on ZNJ's retro logos, impressive!
I also like very much that the boxes make a matching set. Big shoutout to NG for making such amazing box art, so far every NG model I got came in gorgerous boxes that look very good on the shelf, which I think is really a plus value compared to other brands.
Bonus! The Qantas 787 trio together with VH-ZND 'Yam Dreaming' also by NG

My copy has KLM logos on both engines starboard side

Oh yes I just noticed, well that's strange, probably means there's a KLM 787 somewhere lacking the logo on the engines :P
You should try to contact NG's custommer service about it.
At least it should be fairly easy to fix with a fine brush and a bit of white paint.
Third DW NASA 747 SHUTTLE has arrived with ENTERPRISE on back .
should have 2 more 'enterprise' models arriving in next week or so. 55629b + 55409.
still looking for
56183 POLISHED + CHROME.
55244B COLUMBIA POLISHED
56184 DISCOVERY WHITE. appears there are 2 different white versions in different boxes. and there appears to be 10 of these made. but only 8 in DB. appears they haven't got 56183 chrome. and only 1 version of 56184. unless it was a re-release.
if anyone has any of those, please let me know!!!! thanks.
My most recent arrivals, all except the AV400 KC-30 are NG models 1/400 still waiting on the United new colors 787-10 to arrive and have placed the JC winges blue test 777x-9 on pre-order.
Completing my Continental Airlines collection - these three new additions bump it up to 17 models, and that about does it. Left to right:
AeroClassics ACCOA0315 B 737-700 N27722
Gemini Jets GJCOA916 B 737-900 N39416
Dragon Wings DW55453 B 757-300 N57853

Do you know that with a bit of acetone and those ear bars for cleaning, it’s super easy to remove? If you want to do it be very careful tho... although without those KLM logos it makes the mode, more unique Xd

Sixth DRAGON WINGS 747 + SHUTTLE arrived. 56183 'enterprise' BUT it came with 'DISCOVERY' instead. seller said this was an error in packaging by DW. anyone know if that is right??? not a big problem as there are 5 enterprise releases and only 1/2 discovery. and not got one with discovery on it yet.
Terrific NASA 747's and shuttles, Robertjon. I was in late elementary school or junior high when those flights started.
I still pursue my goal of more or less national and trunk carrier completeism for BigBird400 and Aeroclassics 747's as I can find them for workable prices (and one can--be patient!). I just got this lovely Japan Airlines 50 years to Hawaii special livery at a Waffle collection sale.

There are some Dragon Wings / JetX models I still want, because others haven't done them, and they are still lovely models, plastic wings / tails / stabs and all. Recently I scored this longtime wish, from eBay. Northwest MD-82 Bowling Shoe.

4th RAF 1/400 model. DRAGON WINGS RAF HERCULES C-130. Man this is tiny at just 3 inches! and yet cargo door opens if you reverse it. the antennae is the only pain as too thin and bendy. will have to display without it as not to lose it.
Creating a thread where people can post their new additions. Whether it be brand new models or used models which are new to you. You can never have too many pics on a forum!
I will get the ball rolling...
Last week I got the Phoenix BA 777-200 "Festival of Creativity" in the mail. Here are a couple of quick pics. Sorry my photos are not as good as most on here and I have no real backgrounds at present.
My latest 1/400 is an Emirates A380 in the Real Madrid livery.
My latest model - well I got it a while back before big changes in my life - the NG Airbus 300 in the Aeroflot livery. I heard it said the engines sit a bit low - but it knocks spots off my old GJ version I was very happy with the NG B757's and I am glad I replaced the Gemini..

Here's my latest arrivals.. Aeroclassics Federal Express 737-200F N204FE
NG Models TWA 757 N706TW, and NG Models Northwest 757 N604RC item #53033 with NO titles and red tail... obviously some kind of error...
Not exactly my latest arrival, but since I now have a "photo booth" I wanted to show off this beauty... NG Models ATA L-1011 N186AT.. also is my very first NG model
The recent Waffle collection sale was something of a disappointment because it was mostly a sea of Dragon/ JetX Dragon-mould and Gemini stuff. Clara Peller might ask, Where's the Aeroclassics?
But there are a few of these models I do want, and this one was high on the list. It's still a good mould, the plastic does facilitate good detail, and even if the BigBird does show up sometime at a non-obscene price, I still am happy to have this one, too.
JetX (Dragon mould) Northwest 747-400 Thermometer livery. Can't have too much thermometer (with proper bright red tail!).

Most of my interest is in 70's-90's classics. But I do like to have a representative of national or trunk carriers' most recent livery for my 2020's or 2010's sections. I had waited for some time for Gemini to do a 747-8 in the new Lufthansa livery. It's a bland livery--bring back the yellow-orange!!--but it's their livery, so I want a representative. The latest version of the Queen of the Skies is what I wanted.
