Default Noon, Orient Paris, to Youth

A new customized work dedicated to my wife's youth, a former Air China Shanghai branch CA, who spent 7 years of her most precious youth on CA A340.

I converted the Aeroclassics A340-300 B-2388 to B-2389, not only because the B-2389 is one of the last two A340-300 being operated in China mainland till today, but also because of the wrong painting scheme on the original B-2388.

Enjoy!

Work in Progress pics.
Most steps are same as the last one, the A330-200 B-6075

B-2389 is the only A340 I have ever been on, from Beijing to Changdu. A really nice ride with comfortable economy seat, much better then the newer planes.

Thank you all for your nice comments guys!
I do hope manufactors could take the users' opinions and improve their products in future releases.
And my time and effort could be more valuable in that way for saving others'.

Excellent job! How did you add the antennae to the AC mould?

I drilled the holes on fuselage by a 0.4mm drill and cut the antenna parts from my junk brass photo-etching parts.
Then paint metal primer firstly then white.

Very easy and you can also have a try.

July 15th 2014, A340-300 B-2390 landed at GuangZhou Baiyun Airport and all China mainland A340-300 retired...

Some new pics to memorize the moment.
