Default Phoenix 1/400 Thai A380 HS-TUD at SYD

produced exclusive for Thaishop: scale 1/400 HS-TUD A380, used with Phoenix mould - including antennas, SATnav and rolling rubber wheels! No QC issues, only very minor printing flaws, overall close to perfect model

Display at Sydney Airport with GSE from Gemini, Herpa and others

I think it is up to us to decide on "minor" printing flaws, and not the manufacturer's paid mouthpiece.

Nice photos by the way!!

Wow!!
Beautiful pictures and of Sydney as well!!!!
Fantastic diorama and a little competition with my Sydney diorama!! You win!!!
Awesome detail on the catering trucks but I am sorry - I am taking more note of your work on the diorama than actually the aircraft.

Awesome job!!!
Encore Encore!!

I wish Thai flys theirs A380 to Sydney. Currently serve by B747s and A340s. Great work.

Andrew - thanks for the "positve" words from you, they are very rare here in this forum, so you like my pictures, thanks - I will post more, soon...

....but I am not a paid mouth piece from anybody, I am trying to judge the models with my 30 year experience in aviation, my passion to models (>1600) and my good direct connections to aircraft producers, airlines and airplane/model manufacturers/retailers. My only intention is a perfect model.
I hate those "toy producers" who claim to have a good model. But often it is not "as real as it get's, sometimes it is rather " as close as we/I think".
I offer a lot of my personal time plus skills and off course also my connections from "friends" to support the project "as real as it get's".

Since I converted 3 years ago from 1-500 to 1-400/1-200 scale I put all my focus into this models. So if you scale down a picture from a real aircraft, the model should reflect what I can detect on the pictuure, nothing more - nothing less. If you release a model like this and have the correct colors and details - I call it perfect and are willing to use my creditcard!
Looking forward into a stunning model year 2014...

...and I have also AC models in my collection, not many, but a few ... :-) attached a modified "close to perfect model" (except well known oversized nose wheel door)
