Default Who recognizes this Virgin?

Hello everyone I am searching for someone who recognizes this scale model.

Airline: Virgin Atlantic
Registration: G-VEIL
The livery is the new one seen on some A330 and A340. I have buyed this model on a dutch second hand website called: marktplaats. The guy said he bought it at a trade fair.

The stand is of Gemini Jets, but I can't find him on the web or in this database. I have also looked on youtube for some unboxing videos but this one was also not there.

Mayby some guys here recognize this beattfull baby called: Queen of the Skies.

Gemini Jets made some for inflight sales on VS flights, I'm thinking it is one of them.

Looks like the typical GJ produced inflight A346. They are quite a few of these floating around. These are produced in the thousands.

Yep, it's an inflight sale model produced by Gemini Jets for Virgin Atlantic. Interestingly it appears to have the red metallic paint, whereas the public releases do not.

Wow, didn't know this model existed! That beautiful red metallic finish puts the regular release one to shame!

Thanks all! I have looked on the site of Virgin Atlantic, but they are only selling the A340-600 Sleeping Beauty and the 747 Ruby Tuesdag made by Gemini Jets. These models are also available in many scale model stores around the world. So I am really surprised that I can not find this model online or in any database.

No, but I am new to this websie. I am collecting for three years now, but buy only when I really like a model. So that is the reason my collection is not so big as others here on the forum. My first model was an a310 of martinair that I got for free at one of my visits to LHS the biggest aviation store in The Netherlands and perhaps of Europe. Now I buy most of them second hand.

I recently bought this model at Aviation Retail Direct at Heathrow, same packaging etc.
And yes! The red paint is much better just wish my GJ 744 G-VXLG had the same finish
