I fear that there is near to nothing in the places you will be visiting and anyway prices would be high.
When in Milan, you may try Aviation Collect Shop in Viale Montello 12. The nearest metro station is Moscova on the green line, and you have to walk about 500 meters from there. The most interesting shops in Europe are located in UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland (Zurich area). From S'pore, you should better head to HK. That's were I purchased most of my models by walk-in.
