Phoenix A330's and A340's - I think they came out this year - otherwise they're my favorite of 2010.

KLM B747-400F

The first thing on my mind was the B748 of PH but I like the little ATR's of GJ a little bit better for this year..

The ATRs are at the top of the list for me as many have requested more smaller commuter airliners and the liveries for the ATR-42/72 moulds are endless with just about every country operating them, so liveries should appear to please everyone.

What exactly is the question? Favourite, or most unexpected?

Favourite is probably the 748i. Love the plane. Least expected was definitely the Aeroclassics A330/A340s.
