I'm assuming the SAS and Austrian are 700s?

Nice choice of airlines from AV200, but I hope Gemini make those, I prefer the Gemini mould, the winglets look so much better than AV

Thanks for posting Crownvic.
Will take the SAS for sure and maybe the Austrian.
Wolud be top if Gemini produced an SAS MD80 to keep the 737 company.
Was hoping to buy the Royal Air Maroc 738 but the window line looks
too low in the pictures I've seen.

Yes Austrian does have a single 737-700 which is also ex-Lauda Air. I think I'll get this one.

Very nice choices by AV200. Too bad their 737 mould sucks. I hope GJ200 will release some of these as well.

Wow, nice to finally see an SAS 737 bird in diecast 1/200 scale. This -705 "LN-TUM"
originally operated for BRAATHENS before becoming part of "SAS BRAATHENS" and later
"SAS NORGE" ... Nice touch, hopefully we'll see the SAS -600 and -800 later on.

Yes, I fully agree ! I would also like to see an SAS MD-87 (based on the mould GJ released their Reno a/c in Sept.) in addition to any SAS MD-81/2 or 3 ..

Oh im not sure about these. Have a distinct look of Matchbox/Corgo play toys. The wing root arrangement is particularly nasty. And the sitting stance alignment of wheels and engines is poor.

the wing root needs improvement, but surely AV200 could adress this ground clearance issue.
Is it the engine that's too big or the gear too small ???
pity because the TAAG & Austrian are great liveries
actually all of them.

Also in these models seems that cockpit windows position (too hight) and the nose (too rounded) are incorrect. Besides, wings connection with fuselage is bad as in the most metal models. I like very much these liveries, but I hope to see them on plastic moulds, it is rare that the models in metal don't have these problems.

Engines too low and too big, overscaled, sadly until they fix that issue, I aint buying. been working airside for too long, and the faults are just so obvious its not funny!

i do not agree with you.
It is true that we often see sample pictures with window and cockpit
misprints but I have over 100 metal models and none have the issue.
As for the wing connection I can easily live with that.
There is one thing you'll never get on plastic models is that special glare the light makes on metal and to me that makes metal best.

The TAAG looks tempting but as long as the related 743/744 isn't announced, it is worthless to me.

Engines are fine...most of my AV200 737s have the same size engines as GJ200.

Its the main landing gears. AV200's main landing gears are approx 0.4 cm in diameter while GJ200's are approx 0.6cm. Also on the 738s, Herpa ANA Precision models are sitting low to the ground due to the smaller main landing gears.

I like the SAS and EL AL. The SAS window line should be adjusted to the right spot. It is a bit on the high side.

I'm waiting for a SAS A320s in die-cast although that B737 could be a nice substitute but AV200 need to diversify his production with more Electra or ARJ-145 which we only have one or two releases because all into the last two month were B738 moulds.
