Smile Aer Lingus Fokker 50 Wow!

I just purchased two copies of Model Power's rendition of an Aer Lingus F50 in 1:200 scale and they are beautiful. Model Power did a wonderful job on this model, both in form and in faithful rendition of the livery.
Now, the frosting on the cake was they were only $11.29 a piece and $6.00 shipping for them.
While Flying Mule shows them as PreOrder, Atomic Hobbies & Games has them now and their service was fast. They show 3 still available on eBay:

For less than $20, that's truly a great deal! I have seen it being sold for more than $50, with shipping included.

Picked up one of these about a month ago along with a few other 1:200 scale Model Power aircraft. I was pleased with all of then and you can't beat the price.

Thanks Nobbe, that does look pretty nice for the price. Wish they would come out with some more schemes though.

Could you please tell me a little about this model? Is it metal or plastic (if metal, what parts are plastic)? Are the tires rubber? Do they roll? Is the printing tampo or decals?

Metal tampo and anything like the FW200 then $100 model for $10...

Paintwork on my YS-11 wasnt 100% but at $10.. cant complain... just buy one... you wont be disappointed..

Dont know about the wheels, most probably fixed.....

It's a fantastic model and very good value for money... I'd love to have the white shamrock scheme to sit alongside it!

I just received this model today and must say, this is the best $11 (plus $5 for shipping) I have spent on a model. Very nice. The wheels are plastic and don't roll, but that's OK. What can you expect for $11? Far worse I'm sure. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
