The Herpa Gulf Air Airbus A340-300 that sold on eBay for EUR 136,00 will soon be available as a regular release for EUR 45,00 with article number 551076 (according to Aviation Center Berlin).
I thought it would be more expensive - in the 60 EUR range. But even better so.
That thing is ordered - it replaces my Capitol Lockheed Connie as the next model to be delivered. The guys at Wings-models told me that the Connie comes soonest at the end of november.
I got mine yesterday. Absolutely impressive... The only minor thing is that the doors 2L and 2R seem to be a bit lopsided - just two or three degrees. Everything else looks great!
On another note there´s a seller on eBay who sells this model. Did anybody follow the auction? If I recall correctly the buy-now price was 55 EUR yesterday. Today it´s 65 EUR. He must have noticed that the model is already sold out at ACB...
