Is that the wheels sticking out of the tail? They didn't miss a thing did they? Does the nose go up and down or is it stationary?

Thumbs up Registrations available

This beautiful model will available with 5 different registrations :
F-BVFA, F-BVFB, F-BVFC, F-BVFF, F-BTSD.
Unfortunately F-BTSC and F-BVFD won't be available.
It will be released next mont (in march 2005) for the price of 80€.

Does anyone know whether this model will be available in the British Airways colours ?

Thanks Arno

80 EUROS??? that is a very un-Hogan price tag.... 80US$ is already quite a lot for just that! c'mon, does it have transparent pax windows, rubber sprung landing gear, moulded lights/antennae or is it very limited ?

Wink One word about the price

The price will 80 euros in western Europe. It will certainly cheaper in US dollars.
Anyway for that price you will have a certificate of authenticity from the first pilot the famous André Turca. So I think it will be a collector as the Hogan Super Constellation L1049 which is a collector of 2500 pcs.

The cockpit side windows are totally incorrect as is the general nose shape. This needs correcting prior to production.

I'm agree with Edmund ...
80 euro is fair price only if the model is a good replica ... not a squashed nose model.

Yeah, something about those photos: looks like a plastic mock-up or `representation' as they say. Almost looks a bit like the new 1/72 Heller/Airfix kit.
