Thank you Steve for these pictures.

I have no knowledge of the B 787 but the flaps setting seems to be in an intermediate position between flaps 0 and flaps Full, so the model displayed on its stand with flaps down and landing gear still retracted is a realistic option.

Thank you everyone. I also have little knowledge of the 787's, however, if I would take a guess, the flaps deployed on the model are about two thirds and not full. Maybe someone could help. It's very nice tooling so I would recommend you grab a copy of a flaps down if a model is made of an airline you like.

Looks great, I'm no expert on the 787 flaps either, but looks around flaps 20° so maybe she's just stating down the glide slope, 😁

Very elegant airplane that Qantas 787! Thanks for sharing those great pics!

Releases like these make me want to expand my collecting criteria to something like International 787's, or from the Major Airlines. Truth be told I would need a 2nd or 3rd job to afford it. Can't have them all.

I am very tempted to start weathering my models with extended flaps and slats, or at least coloring the insides a darker color.

Thanks for posting these beautiful photos of a beautiful model. I will definitely try to get one. The flap setting looks like the settings on the A350, flaps down model. (is it)?
