The past days I've been working on a diorama for some cargo aircrafts with some hints of the Sierra apron at AMS Schiphol.
I started with a cut to the size mdf wooden plate and got 2 different colours of paint (loam matte and coal matte). All the lines are drawn with posca pens, which are in my opinion the quickest and easiest way to add permanent lines.
All the GSE is a mix van JCwings, Fantasy Wings and Herpa apart from the flood lights. Those are from GES Airline Manufacture.
All this is just a beginning of a much bigger project, once I find the right space for it.
I'm still considering whether to draw concrete slabs with a pencil or not.

That says it all - I drool over talents I wish I had. Rather than 'talents', I should substitute 'initiative'. Nothing comes easy - hard work and experience yield results. As Baerke said, Nice work! Doug
Looking really good. I would say yes, go ahead and draw the slabs. I did it on my prior diorama but have not gotten around to it yet on my new one. It makes all the difference.
