Default Stand 1:200

Hi, have received a very nice model yesterday. The model is fantastic, I'm very happy with and a big thank you to the seller

My question is, where can I get new stands for inflight wide bodies? I prefer the last generation from them, Geminis new ones are nice as well. (not that with wood).

Thank you.

Are you handy with metal, especially brazing (not soldering)?

If so, they are easy to make yourself. Just buy the Hogan wooden stand, break off the original pin with pliers, and braze a short piece of aluminium pipe of the desired diameter on that place. With this method, you can make stands for any model.

Cheers, Deephalo

Or just by Inflight stands. But the problem with these is once the packing is opened and thrown away, there is no way to tell which stand fits which aircraft.

Simple solution, make a little sticker with the aircraft type written on and stick it on the bottom.

Bit llate for that. InFlight should have had the stands marked to identify them.

I'm not sure they do that on all the stands, but there is a hard-to-see engraving on the swivel portion that identifies the aircraft family.
