Default Inflight 200 United 757

Got this one today. It was missing an antenna. I couldn't find it in the box but I had a spare so I added back in after.

Very nice! Good to see a new 757 on the market that resembles the quality of the original Gemini series.

Beautiful model. Every retailer I look at still shows this one to only be available for pre-order (and possibly available in a month or two). How did you get it so quickly?

All of the new Inflight 757/767s are way too high on the nose gear. The fuselage should be almost (but not exactly) level to the ground. Other than that, a beautiful model. I really miss the orange in United's liveries since.

Congrats with this acquisition Frogger. I adore the United Saul Bass livery.
It is currently available at the Dutch webshop Scalemodelstore.com, but I am hesitating between this United and the American Airlines that also recently came out.
Of course, one could say "have both"...

Cheers, Deephalo

Indeed… plus the Eastern 757.

The AA is definitely nice. I already have the Gemini version and I actually prefer that one with winglets otherwise I would have gotten that. If you’re on the fence then I would personally pickup the AA. I just feel like there are so many opportunists picking up the AA right now with the hopes of gouging people in the near future so if you really want it then now is the time.

Thank you for that good advice. I think I will indeed go for the AA version. AA had no less than 177 B757 aircraft at the time which makes this aircraft very iconic in this livery. I think this is a must have for the 90's section in my cabinet, which is set up like a timeline.
I already have the Inflight 747-400 in United Saul Bass livery, so I can live with waiting a bit longer with the United 757. Besides that, I will definitely buy the B757 Air Holland which will hopefully come out soon. So those two will be my first B757s in my collection.

What a beautiful model! Inflight did a wonderful job on this one. It really brings you back to the pre-September 11 days, when you could go into an airport terminal as you please and watch the planes push off from the boarding gates. You definitely own a gem in your collection. Thanks for sharing those pictures and the visit to memory lane!

I noticed that on some of the early photos available online for the 757 mould, but in the photo's above, especially the fwd section angle, the fuselage seems to be quite level, if not slightly nose low!
