Just like the thread in 400 scale. Use this thread for all questions and wishes for GJ200. Please do not inundate the other threads with wishes etc.

Let me be the first to say "thanks" for making this thread! I'll start off by asking what happened to the Gemini200 DC-10 that is/was supposedly in the works? See this thread: http://www.diecastaircraftforum.com/...a-dc-10-a.html

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, but I'm sure I'll have some more questions later. Gotta run for now!

Make some CRJ's to go along with your ERJ's in U.S. regional liveries. I would like to see a Southern, Hughes Airwest, & Northwest/Republic hybrid baby 9.

Since you all are releasing an AA 777, I would like to see the AA One World version as well.

Easy...

1) Delta Widget 727-200, 767-300, and MD-80.
2) UAL Battleship gray 767-300, 777-200, 757-200, and 737-300 (if you come out with that mold).
3) AA 767-300, 727-200 (current livery).
4) JetBlue A320
5) United Express ERJ-145, CRJ-700, and other regionals.
6) United Saul Bass colors 727-200, 737-300, and 757-200

I'm sure I'll come up with more, but I would buy ALL of those I listed...

I've posted this in the Military section, but here it is again...
I want to see these military models being released in 1:200 scale over the course of 2010.

1:200 Tankers/Transport/Bombers
Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker
Lockheed L1011 Tristar (RAF)
McDonnell Douglas KC-10A Extender
Boeing C-17 Globemaster
Grumman E-2C Hawkeye
Rockwell B-1B Lancer
Boeing C-40B BBJ (B737)
Boeing C-32 (B757) Air Force Two
Boeing E-3B AWACS
Boeing VC-25 Air Force One
Northrop Grumman B-2B Spirit
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress
C-5 Galaxy

...and its time for Gemini to take the lead and do 1:200 helicopters
Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk/Jayhawk/Seahawk
Sikorsky Sea King
Boeing AH-60 Apache
...just to name a few...

Once again... LOT 767-300 or ERJ-145 - based on Phoenix's 737-400 sales it should be a very good seller!

Also...
TAP A319/A320
Avianca 757-200
LAN A319
TAM A320-200
Aeroflot 767-300
Air France 777-200

Yes I would agree. GJ200 was really great this year and it became extremely popular. If you've noticed that there are more traffic on the 1:200 Scale section than 1:400 Scale this year. I like the A310 too. Not much of the SP fan since I have a difficulty looking at a truncated B747...

I rather have a nearly perfect mould/print/colour than the gears. A well made mould and print will still look good even with poor gears.

Look at the geminijets web site under contact us. There is a section titled "Replacement parts"

All in new or old colors or both.

USair MD80 or DC9 in old rustic strip scheme.

Martinair Holland 767-300 (1990's colours)

Martinair Holland 747-200C (1990's colours)

Condor 757-200 (late 1990's colours)

Condor 767-300 (late 1990's colours)

Iberia 727-200

Iberia MD-87

Air Canada L-1011-500 (delivery colours)

ALIA Royal Jordanian L-1011-500 delivery colours)

BWIA International L-1011-500 (delivery colours)

TAP Air Portugal L-1011-500 (delivery colours)*

* Yes, the screwed up, minor quality JC Wings release has to be replaced.
TAP won't be remade as the L-1011-500 mould is shared between
GJ200 and JCWings. If one makes one, the other one won't.
I know of two 500's coming out in the next few months, and neither one is listed in your requests

I want to see these military models being released in 1:200 scale over the course of 2010.

1:200 Tankers/Transport/Bombers
Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker
Lockheed L1011 Tristar (RAF)
McDonnell Douglas KC-10A Extender
Boeing C-17 Globemaster
Grumman E-2C Hawkeye
Rockwell B-1B Lancer
Boeing C-40B BBJ (B737)
Boeing C-32 (B757) Air Force Two
Boeing E-3B AWACS
Boeing VC-25 Air Force One
Northrop Grumman B-2B Spirit
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress
C-5 Galaxy

...and its time for Gemini to take the lead and do 1:200 helicopters
Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk/Jayhawk/Seahawk
Sikorsky Sea King
Boeing AH-60 Apache
...just to name a few...

As I answered in the Military section. There are at least 2 of those models that will be done in the first half of next year.

And of course the PanAm L1011 which is in the works already?
If I was a betting man, I would put money on a Pan Am B727 being made at some point next year! PA Tristar should be appearing just about the time
the flowers start popping out for spring.

No Olympics models, too many licensing
problems. Shamu would be interesting in 200 scale.

Rod, I was looking at the Gemini website regarding the replacement policy, and is it possible to get get replacement parts if you get a model second hand or if you break the model even if you got it in good condition?

737 Southwest Shamu
737 Alaska Salmon

and we need spare parts available for the engines that currently are not carried. Mailing cost for parts that are flat should be low, the current charge of $10 for say a antennae is ridiculous.

I'll just say "common US domestic stuff of the 80's and 90's". Mainly narrowbodies. Common. That means there should have been dozens of them flying about for years and years. (though I do have a soft spot for the secondary carriers like Southern, North Central, Frontier, Ozark, Republic, etc)

Lastly, I'll just request that every 727 is NOT hushed. And that all DL and EA planes are NORMAL. Not bicentennial, not hybrids, etc.

PS---please check all future DL widget planes: 80's and 90's ARE different. Striping is different, reg numbers are different, wings are different, nose is different, tailcone's different, etc. For Delta, even if you use pics of a specific plane like N110DL or something, be sure to use pics from the same time period---they looked different as DL repainting them.

PPS---white tailplanes are much more common than the diecast model industry would lead people to believe. Check!

i know, that there is no such mould, but remember that there also wasn't a 757 or
A320series moulds before GJ introduced it to the market...

i guess there would be some other fellows getting them.

Concerning the TAP L-1011, it's a shame since the guy(s) at JC Wings really screwed it up. I am pretty sure this particular JC release will never be 'sold out' and take a save rest on the retailers' shelves. Well, if GJ200 won't be able to re-do it due to the mould sharing agreement with JC Wings... bad luck for both of us.

As for the two -500s coming out, I must admit that I'm dropping the Pan Am release in any guessing & wishing threads due to the fact it was already confirmed. So, one of the two new L-1011s you were refering to is the Pan Am, right?! Then, there's another guess to make... actually, I have no clue. Any (vague) hints whether it's an airline, a corporate, a military or a missionized TriStar aircraft?
