Default JC Wings Easyjet A320 Flying Carrot issue

I was taking a look at a few models after Richard’s post in 1/400. This one seems to have some paint issues, not thinking zinc rot unless very early as no wing deformity in shape but anyone else had similar issues? Note only seems to effect one wing currently

I think it's caused by not being primer coated before painting, the top coat has not keyed to the metal surface.

Not sure the models receive a coat of primer before painting ...

Thanks, curious if anyone else has this issue on their example. The fact only 1 wing is affected is interesting to me, can’t see how any environmental factor would be in play here

I’d agree if it was just the paint chips but the flaking of the remaining paint on the wing doesn’t match that for me

I would protect it with a coat of translucent nail polish to prevent further flaking.
