Interesting aircraft. I guess some are pretty surprised, that Saab not only has got 340/2000s in their shelves.

Another one I had my eye on! Even got as far as looking at doing either SAS or VASP decals for it as they have used DC-3 decals.

This seller has been selling a lot of models since Xmas. I did get hold a few metal 1/200 warbirds.

Some information were released in the TOTS magazine a few years ago.

Wojtek should be able to give you valuable information about this model and its maker.

Decals might be still available to make a full restoration.

If I were you, I would ask ...

Have a kook at the F-RSIN website.

This model is available in the 1/144 scale, if you ask, the decals, SAS and VASP can be rescaled in the 1/200 scale.

Too good to be missed.

Model was done by Carsten Breiting and was shown in the TOTS newsletter back in 2015.

I've avoided buying from the seller as most are poorly finished and would need remedial work.

Looks like gear doors missing, but could plasticard those.

Some of those models went for mega-bucks

I did get a metal Defiant, Battle & Henley. The Battle needed a prop & landing gear plus I re-painted the Henley underneath as a target tug.

Great airplane and nice information as well. Never knew Saab manufactured civilian aircraft immediately after WWII. The model offers enough opportunities to restore it and "sharpen" the paintwork. Nice buy!
