Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"
"you're the gourmet around here, Ed!"
Herpa even reproduced a detail of the original aircraft that many people may not have noticed. The passenger windows in the rear are not in a straight line with the others. They make a slight curve upwards. This can be seen particularly well with the "old" Lufthansa paint scheme. The position of the windows in the rear no longer is in the middle of the straight blue cheatline. It's not a misprint.

Lovely, as always. Oh, how I wish Herpa still produced this line. I almost bid on one the other day, but I held off cos it's not part of my collecting criteria.
Beautiful model, happy to have two of these. Would like to own more.

Herpa Premium - the pinnacle of scale model airliners. Wish a manufacturer would produce a high-end plastic line similar to these, especially in deregulation era liveries. Great looking A300, probably only second to the AA.

The quality and level of details on these Modell edition planes can never be matched in this scale...Superb photos... Anymore new additions??

Dont have the AA so i cannot say if that is better than the Lufthansa.
But this one seems to be really well made

Donot understand why they stopped or still refuse to produce them anymore.
of course with the current market they would be closer to 400 or more mark

Well, for the prices you can buy the Lufthansa A300s. AA is not a must have. That's just my thought.
Over all these years of collecting Herpa Premiums and Lufthansa Modell Edition planes, I never was desperate to have AA at all. Because I already had Lufthansa A300, KLM 747 and Hanover...If you are able to find a Luft A300, grab it....They are simply stunning in details.
