Beautiful models! Love the 742, as you don't see too many releases of them nowadays. Thanks for sharing!

Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"

I see it on decent into FRA every now and then.
Actually I'd visit FRA just to catch this bird taking off from the 18, but as far as I can see it usually takes the center for take off, which is much less preferable for watching /listening.

You won't regret it, it is a beauty. Maybe the best Pan Am livery for the 747...

Interesting. Who is the operator? Is it always the same reg?

Edit: never mind, found it on a.net. 4L-GEN. Originally G-BDXN but with some history between then and now. Still good to see a classic flying.

Always love seeing others collect Boeing 747's can never get enough of these, nice catch there Baerke, the QF B747-238B surely stands out as my favorite here tho the VH-EBA "City of Canberra" from 1971, a true classic right there

Well today in the morning it was nice to hear this old guy flying nearly 11km above my house (the picture at fr24 shows him just lading in FRA).

But just now he has to return after his take off due to an emergency... 31 years is a number...
