Wait..... flaps down 737? When did this become a thing? I have only heard of 747 and 777 flaps.
Could we please have a TUI 737 with flaps down? That would be a dream model for my collection.

It's the nose cargo door. I just don't want them for the seams. I think they are great if you want to actually display it open but otherwise, it's just not my thing.

Flaps down option ...

More and more models are available with the flaps down option.
I won't complain about it.

Some aircraft with a relatively modest wing area compared to the max allowed take off and landing weights were / are equipped with very sophisticated high lift devices.
The B 727 was one of them with its triple slotted flaps on the trailing edge and its Krüger flaps and leading edge slats.

The B 727 had even a flaps setting (40 °) that we never used for a normal landing because of the excess of drag it generated, making a (comfortable) landing a bit complicated.

All this to say that the B 727 with its generous flaps area when everything was down would make a very nice model.
I should be able to find a place in my cabinet for one of them, preferably an AF livery with the blue cheat line but I could consider any other livery.

What will be even greater news is if they finally release a Finnair MD-11 in the newer livery! In particular OH-LGF circa Oct-Dec 2006 when she was in Santa Claus livery would be IDEAL!!
I specifically planned my vacation routing to Sweden from Australia that year to be able to fly on an MD-11.
Heck it doesn't have to be LGF. Any Finnair MD-11 in the newer livery will do.
My wallet will then open without the hesitation it's been feeling with these 'Classic' Finnair liveries.
