Default 1:200 Boeing B767 - who makes the best one!?

My fellow collectors,

I would like to know, in your opinion, which 1:200 scale die-cast release of Gemini and/or JC Wings, of the Boeing B767, is the best one to consider of having in a collection!?

Most of the 762's and 763's releases that I've seen have a very inaccurate nose section.

Please, I'm looking for your advice and opinions. Thank you

Maybe the new Inflight 767 mould will fit your standards. But you have to wait for it.

I prefer the JC Wings 767 but i believe both Gemini and JC Wings use the same 767 mould.. but if you don't mine plastic models than the best 767 is from Hogan IMO

Thanks, but I prefer die-cast over plastic.

If you want 1/200 767-400 you have basically 3 choices: hogan or flight miniatures or herpa. The hogan is clearly better than flight miniatures. the herpa one is not really avail right now.

If you want one with gears up/down you only have one choice: hogan.

If you want a 1/200 767-400, you need to buy one asap:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hogan-Wings.../363092349888?

These will definitely get sold out real soon.

Look here:

https://www.diecastmodelaircraft.com...649e716ef131d8

As you can see, there are really not much of any 767-400 in 1/200 at all. And yes, i do think hogan got the best 767's

As mentioned upthread Inflight/ARD have announced a new 767 mould. It is due to come out this October. They mention as well that it has all of the features of their new releases, which I read to mean removable gear. Their initial releases are all without winglets, both -200 and -300 and different engines are available.
There are issues with the GJ/JC mould, the nose shape, especially on the -200 is bad.
I would recommend that you wait for photos start showing up before you make a choice.
It's a good time to be a 757, 767 collector

Thanks for the tip.
I should probably wait for the Inflight release...which could take a loooooong time!...The removable undercarriages, is a pleasant surprise!

I hope they get the nose shape right, and I hope this will not be a repeat of their A310 release...

On the contrary, Hogan has recently re-released this model and now it is readily available. At one time the 767-400 was impossible to find in Hogan and Herpa...I would not waste my time with flight miniatures...

Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"
