Default New arrivals

Well, got these in today. The Korean 787-9 has started making a regular appearance in ATL. It's kinda sad the way this year has gone. For years, Korean ran a 777-300 in daily. Then Delta began daily A350 service and Korean replaced the 777 with a 747-8. Now, Delta only runs it a few times a week and Korean was running the 777 daily but has now downgraded to a daily 787.

Found this one still in Malaysia - it was shipped Wednesday via DHL and arrived today...10,000+ miles in 48 hours, not too shabby.

Also got an old release...Qantas 767 "Planes" -- we watched the movie recently and my oldest asked if they ever made a "Planes" plane and I said yes. I actually found one still new at a US retailer for like $75.

And finally, I've had decals for a USPS 727-200 for a while but never did anything with them. I'm not a professional and there are some flaws but I sacrificed an AA 727 bare metal (I'm joking, I'm not a smart man but I'm not that stupid).

Thanks. We're pretty big Disney fans here. The kids' vegetable garden outgrew itself and we just finished making a new one last week. We just put some annuals in it for now and we'll do something more in the spring.

No. I've ordered from him before and he is great. But there is another shop there called MyHobbyHouse. They have some good stuff.

As for the Inflight 787...I like the nose better than the Gemini but it does have a little bit of a dragster look. I just ordered some 2x1mm magnets on Amazon and I think that should take care of the issue. I'll try to post something once they arrive and if it does fix it. It was $12 for a pack of 500 -- so I think I'll be good for a while...

I’ll check that shop out! I find sometimes it’s easier to order Inflight from Asia or Europe because it takes 2-3 months longer for US shops to get them.

Inflight models just make a better presentation to me. I love that watch model stand is customized to each aircraft.

Where do you plan to put the magnets? Could you share what you purchased?

You can search this on Amazon:

Deryun magnet 500pcs mini Magnets Small Magnet Tiny Magnets Miniature Magnets Little Magnet Small Round Magnets, Tiny Magnets for Crafts, magnit, mini Magnets for Crafts

I plan on putting one between the front gear and the fuselage. I might just glue one to the front gear so it doesn’t get stuck in. I’ll post something when I get it.

I too like a lot of the stuff Inflight has been making lately. I will say there is a small paint smudge on this particular model but it’s not that noticeable and there’s nothing I can do about it.
