Default So who makes these 1:200 in the UK

Ive been trying for months to get 1:200 scale Handley Page Heralds, the guys at ARD seem to have a good range, but no stock for months or years !

It seems here in the UK you have SMALL WORLD & SKY CLASSICS producing them, does anyone know how to get in contact with these UK manufacturers ?

i am basically trying to complete a 1980`s airport scene of which Heralds are a must, but cant find any and have been stalled for months.

Try Isiah at the Military Toy Shop in Ohio as he carries Skyclassics and has a direct link to ARD and UK guys making these.

Voted. Really good job on this!! There's a little pop shop near where I live who has done the same thing for fun customer photos, but yours appears to be nicer quality.

Well done!

Hi Jamie
The first 1/200 Heralds were Skyline Models by Collectors Aircraft Models. They did BEA G-APWC, BIA G-APWE, BMA G-ATIG (no photo evidence)
& Channel Express G-AVPN. Plus have seen some customs, BUIA & Janus.

Later, the BEA, BMA & Channel Express were re-done as Sky Classics by ARD.

The recent Small World Herald is done by Martin Beacom using Nick Webb’s Herald kit.

The Sky Classics is basically an ARD model done in batches by their model maker. I don’t believe Martin/Small World does commissions anymore
having semi-retired & only makes a few models for sale by ARD.
