I think I've finally made a more long term rearrangement on my FedEx models as well. Even my 7 year old has been helping me rearrange. I said something the other day if she wanted to help me again and she said, "Yes. I've been looking at them and I've come up with some ideas." My wife was just speechless and eventually just said, "What are you doing to her?'

I got lucky with that one. I had one when they were new but it ended up in an accident. Fortunately, it happened when you still could get one fairly easy.

Unless I am wrong, I believe this B 727 was the very last one leaving the Boeing production line.

This model is interesting.

The Gemini 200 version is not the last 727 built. The Jet X version is. N217FE is now the Oil Response 727. I don't know what happened to the Gemini one. FedEx did donate several of their 727's to various AMT schools so it might still be (mostly) intact somewhere.

I think you said you used to fly the 727. You might like this. This was a 727 donated to a school in Alaska but it had to land on a 4,000ft runway to get there.
