Default New UPS shelves

My original DHL, FedEx, and UPS shelves had outgrown their original purposes so I installed some new shelves and bought a photo to go with it. I may end up changing around the DHL & FedEx shelves some more but the UPS one will remain since I put the photo up. The white unit next to the UPS stuff has always kind of been my "whatever" area so I'm still working on it.

How cool. What is the origin of that and can you share a close up pic.

It was just something that I got on eBay a few years ago and they said they had made it by hand. Nothing too fancy.

I agree with the comments above. Great collection. It’s always good to see multiple planes from a single airline, how the livery suits different frames and to see how the livery changed over time. Nicely done.

Thanks, guys. I try to keep certain airlines grouped together because I have enough of them where it makes sense. TWA & Delta are others that I try to do the same with but I have some areas downstairs that I kind of take some of my favorites and rotate them out. I have one enclosed case too for the high dollar stuff.

I’ve been wanting to do something with the area above. It’s an awkward area though because it’s the landing for my stairs. Putting another IKEA case wasn’t something I really wanted to do because it’s difficult for me to reach the left due to the stairs.

Agree. I like that timeline aspect as well when collecting a single airline. The UPS livery suits most airframes i.m.o. Nice fleet!

Beautiful collection and I agree with Maarlandair that UPS livery really shines on every air frame indeed. I've seen on Instagram a Cargolux 747 1st officer praising a beautiful livery of UPS 747's! Who made that 747-400F??

Thanks and it's a Gemini. It was the first 747 they did. It was probably about 10 years ago now.

I would personally like to see more of the old school UPS models be made. I always wanted a DC-8 so I got that but I would like to see the 767 & MD-11 get made too.

I will get all of the newer releases once they are made but I'm not gonna lie...the first time I realized they had updated it was in person and I immediately thought about the models I would end up buying and said "damn it"

So this is what I was originally planning on hanging up above the shelves. The guy said he dropped it off with the USPS but it never got scanned. Well, 28 days later it showed up so now I guess I'll have to find something to do with it. We both assumed it was lost and I got a refund on it last week. I had to email the guy and pay him again.
