Default Northwest Collection

Hope everyone is doing well. I found my old thread on my NWA collection from 2018 and boy have things changed lol Most recently acquired the hogan bowling shoe 747. I'd like to get the JFox A319 but the one on ebay is ridiculously priced. I think it's safe to say what my favourite airline is I've since made a bunch of customs (DC8, L1011, 721, A319, 721, DO328, just to name a few!). My next custom project is a saab340, I have the decals on-hand but now I need to locate a cheap model. I think my favourite model out of em all is the 727 (both Gemini200 and my custom 721). I would like to remake the older customs, such as the model kids with the holed-out windows, but for now they will remain how they are. My western200 L1049 is missing a single blade on the prop, though I'm not sure they can be replaced

Yes, she mentions that she made multiple customs in her original thread above..

Nice collection. Love the Skymaster (1:72?) and the Dornier 328 turboprop.
Turboprops are my favorite airplanes.

Yep! DC8, Argrosy, 732, L1011, 722, 721, A319, CRJ1000, CRJ100, 787, DO328, I think are all the customs I have done so far

Thanks! I'd like to redo that one with a better kit in the future. The cockpit looks weird and I'm not a fan of the holed-out windows the older kits have.

Thanks! I think the Skymaster is 1/48, it's been so many years that I made it I don't really remember lmao It used to have a lot more antenna on it but they fell off after multiple moves

It takes time to build up such a collection and it is always rewarding.

It took me 24 years, a little more than your age ... , to put together all my AF models.

Congratulations.

Jean Pierre.

Is the Argosy a fantasy model, or did they fly them?

Fantasy ! I had bought two 3D printed models and wasn't sure what to do for the second one. Tried to go for the NWA polished cargo look, made my own window decals for it at the time

Thank ya! I haven't posted much as I'm getting my jetways revamped. It is by herpa! The main gear rolls pretty well and it's very satisfying lmao A diecast would be great

At the young age of 22, I don't know how many jobs you have, but I have no doubt you have worked hard to get your collection. Great fleet and very inspirational.
