They've already announced a France - Air Force A342, but it's one of the longest current production delays, so we don't know how good the mould looks yet. I'm glad to see another one and hope they work out the kinks before they get to my holy grail.

That Northeast L-1011 is interesting. A third- or fourth-hand operator but still an interesting release.

I am still waiting for a new LTU L-1011-1 with polished belly and preferably ex-PSA configuration featuring the forward belly fairing, additional access door outlines etc.! That would be a great addition to D-AERA since it would not just differ in the polished belly. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Don't forget this one. IF's 727 moulds from what I understand have had some problems in the past. Have they improved recently? (Still pre-ordering either way but just curious)

    Question:

Does anyone know if Inflight has fixed the size of the 727 tail to be like the Gemini version?

Turkish A350-900 for me obviously, but curious why they picked that as a release when its not even in commercial service yet, while the 787-9 has been flying in Turkish colors for a year! I also need the A340-300 and the A310-300 from Inflight!

Just for the record, Inflight produced two AF B 727-200 using the Hogan tooling.
Not as good as Jet X or JC Wings mould but quite decent my only comment would go to the Vee of the windshield which was not enough pronounced.

The Inflight A 340-300 is in my opinion the best die cast A 340 ever produced despite the dihedral of its horizontal stabilizer.

In terms of general shape, the best A 340 is the snap fit Hogan model but of course you don't have all the details of the die cast model.
The Inflight A 340-200 will certainly be a very good model.

The Aerolinas livery is excellent and a good choice just like many others, yellow Lufthansa, Air Transat, Aeroflot just to name a few.

There is a problem with the Inflight mould but it is difficult to see exactly what is wrong, passengers windows are a bit too high but the cockpit windows seem to be at the right place.
To me the most noticeable flaw is the threshold height of the emergency exit over the wing which is on some models far too high.

If a solution, a compromise is found to mitigate the problem and lower the threshold, the model could be quite acceptable.
That's what I said to Socatec but for the AF model it is too late.
Maybe next batch ... for the time being I wait ...

Nose cone and thresholds of front door and emergency exit should be on the same level, the level of the cabin floor.

My answer to your question is : If the problem of the emergency exit on the Aerolinas model is fixed I would buy it.

    Jean Pierre.

PS: Regarding the yellow LH A310 JP mentioned, by looking at the pictures of it in internet (like the ones from AMS), I was quite shocked about that “yellow”, which seems much too bright.

As pictures always couldn’t face the real thing 100%, is there anybody who purchased this model and give his comment on this ???

Only gear down unless they made an unexpected change.

Yeah, there seems to be a difference regarding the yellow colour.. On the other hand, airliners net states that A/C F-WWCI which later became D-AIDB with LH never got delivered in this colour scheem.

Love the Air New Zealand B747-419 good seeing IF200 coming with nice released that ARG Airbus A310 is nice indeed, I have IF200's ARG B747-287B thLV-OPA it's a Limited Edition as well 1 of 100 pcs made , it was released in 2017 as well, very hard to find these days, I still seek the ARG B747SP-27 the LV-OHV, still hoping IF200 will do a re-release of that one.

    Thanks for the post btw

p.s. Here the review I did of LV-OPA for those wondering
    https://www.diecastaircraftforum.com...33rd-b747.html

Gotta love it's livery, it's the AA Livery from 1986 I believe
