It is a great model only the paint work on it is awful... the lines are not correct and the cockpit looks weird. Nut I flew this aircraft
Is it an Inflight200 ? Could you tel us what is exactly not correct? I've compared some pictures of the model with pictures of the real one.
Personally I did not see anything wrong. I am interested because this model is also on my whishlist...

Hey there DH, this was one of IF's earliest A310 releases. The early aircraft had a far too high window line, cheat line and cockpit window due to a mould issue with the nose section. The easiest way to identify the error is to look at the gap between the overwing exit and the top of the wing. Note the large gap on the model, and very small gap on the actual aircraft. It was not until the Aeroflot release that IF adjusted the printing to be acceptable, although I don't think they actually touched the nose section.
There was plenty of discussion when these and the GJ version came out.

Thanks for this explanation. Thats makes a lot of this clear. I also looked up other photos from the model, but I see now that these photos where not from the earliest released one.

As far as I am concerned, I am waiting for the JC Wings AF version which was announced, even if it takes a few months ...

Was lucky enough to snap one at AM store before they sold out. It is a beauty... I love the Lettuce livery... I think they should redo it. It is a classic.
I love these birds.. The Tri's flew me to many holidays in Asia. The 747 flew me back to The Netherlands twice a year... eventhough it where 742 and 743. I never flew the 744 in Lettuce livery. I am going to collect all the lettuce tri's and jumbo's. That livery is such a classic. Sadly they do not have it anymore.. it is still so beautiful!

I don't know how much space you have, but otherwise just add another Billy. That's what I keep doing
