one of the best liveries painted on the Queen of Sky, wondering why Gemini stops putting jewel landing lights on the wings?

can't wait to see Gemini200 release the MD-11, 787-8/-9, A359, A345 and A346 with the same livery

Beautiful livery indeed. Spot on model, love the flaps down option.

The royal purple is so pretty. A-ha! So, that's why I have two sets of nose gear with my Virgin 747 flaps-down model. I wondered why I had two sets but didn't really investigate any differences. I thought it was merely accidental.

Is it just me or is the nose-gear on backwards?
Besides that, looks like a nice model, miss seeing these birds in Sydney prior to COVID!
This bird also used to wear Thai's retro scheme.

The nose gear in Crownvic's photos are the "in flight mode" with nose gear in the full stretch position prior to having the aircraft's weight. The other nose landing gear is not in his photos

Agreed on the livery/747 combo!

I have the original JCW release with the jewel landing lights and it is slightly superior to GJ. The most accurate 747's in my collection are JC's Air France, Qantas, Thai, British Airways Oneworld & Cathay. The rest either have too high pax windows, missing jewel lights or crooked cockpit windows.

Yeah JC Wings HS-TGG wins over this one the Jewelled landing lights just add that finishing touch just that bit more, JC wings like Gemini jets are often more expensive than other brands and for that extra coin I prefer the real deal with jeweled landing lights and everything else that comes with it.

I too have HS-TGG myself, my uncle flew Business class with it 5 times from Amsterdam to Bangkok & Amstedam to Puhket, good memories hence why i went for the JC Wings HS-TGG
Which I have on dispay with my ARG B747-287B here

But hey that Gemini jets 200 THAI B747-4D7 isn't bad tho still a great alternative over the one from JC Wings
