Looks like a little gem! Beautiful in the details. An Aussie Dutchman.

She's nice. After CX, QF will be my next target. I love the QF livery

Beautiful model you have there! I see this ol' girl very often at YPPH so it's good to see GJ did her justice!

Nice buy. There are not many aircraft on which a Qantas logo does not look good i.m.o.
I am a bit sour that I have to travel all the way to Australia to see a decent (and working) Fokker fleet nowadays.

The Herpa release never made it to my display case as the RED used as Qantas red was is fact more on the orange side of the colour spectrum. I could get it out of storage to show you the difference if you want me too.

A very healthy Fokker fleet is based over in Western Australia. Earlier this year before Covid-19 took off and escalated, Qantas purchased all the shares of Alliance Airlines.

Interesting that they still like this plane.

As my wife worked for TAM they hated it as people don’t want to fly on this plane due to all the worse accidents and incidents with it.

Regarding the similar HERPA release, Thanks for the feedback and as I already have that one I think it will stay in my collection.

What I really need now is the GJ200 release of the F-100 in the old colours...

BTW... are you on one of the three farewell flights of the “Wunala” B747 (see my comment in the thread about the last two QANTAS B747‘s from IF200) ???

I'm flying up to Broome next week (from Perth) for a wee holiday & see I'm scheduled to be on a Fokker 100 going up & a 738 coming back. That being the case I'll 'need' one of these - thanks for the review Steve, good timing GJ

GJ have released in old colours G2QFA566 VH-NHY.

I am booking a seat if I can get one on VH-OEJ final Sydney joy flight QF747 13JUL. Seats go on sale online this Wednesday. Business class $747.00 and economy is $400 dollars. I am kind of leaning towards upstairs business class for the one hour flight but if I cant get a seat up there then I want to go economy. And that's if I can get one online.

VH-OEJ final departure date ferry flight QF7474 has been set for 22nd of July 2020.

Here is the Herpa (bad red or orange red) I was talking about StillAir

Nice collection of Qantas jets. I like some of their cargo jets as well. The odd 737-300 and the 767 without the joey on the tail come to mind.

A couple of pics from my flight & as mentioned earlier the release from GJ was well timed as I love to collect actual aircraft types from the airline that I've flown in

It felt great being back on a jet again!!

Great photos and thanks for sharing. Did you get your GJ200 copy? Lucky you guys over in Western Australia still have jets flying. Over here on the east cost freighters only or a few domestic flights between some states that permit travel. Thanks again for your great pics mate
