Default 1:200 Boeing 777-300ER Emirates (G2UEA727)

Recently added this irresistible beautiful airplane in my collection.

I wanted to share a few excellent and perhaps unique features that this particular model release has.
This is the GeminiJets 1:200 Boeing B777-300ER in Emirates livery. Aircraft registration is A6-ENJ (G2UAE727).

I’m impressed with the amount of detail around the nose undercarriage, where there are 4 taxi lights, the finesse of the main undercarriage where the forward strut is actually extending and retracting, and the APU exhaust which is “carved” into the mould instead of a printed impression.

Pictures are a thousand words, so below are a few pictures showing these unique features [that I didn’t see before], being done, or available on a 1:200 scale model airplane.

Very nice details indeed! But it won’t surprise me at all when they don’t add these details to future models haha.

For example, I own the Lufthansa 748 Retro and it has jeweled landing lights in the wings. Other 748 models released after do not.

JC Wings is pretty consistent and offer these same details shown in your pictures but also include the jeweled landing lights in the wings on the 77W.

It’s just funny how some models are hit and miss. Progress is made and then forgotten on other models...

I also have a JC Wings version of the 777 (KLM 95 years), which doesn’t have these details at all!

No taxi lights at all on the nose undercarriage, no forward strut on the main undercarriages, and the APU exhaust is just a printed impression.

Beautiful model indeed. For me, the best under carriage ever made in 1:200 is still the Herpa premium 747. Unbeatable.

Yes, you’re absolutely right!...but remember, Herpa Premium 747’s undercarriage is made of plastic when this Emirates 777 is made of metal.

Gorgeous model. Out of curiosity, is this model more detailed because that's how Emirates ordered them from GJ?

It’s possible, I really don’t know.
The box is very different than the usual GeminiJets models...
