Default A350/900. Who has the better mould?

Hello! Who do you think has the better mould and model of the A350/900? Inflight200 or Gemini200? Looking to get the SAS A350/900 soon. Thank you!

Inflight vs Gemini/JCW:

Neither has the correct nose shape, so there you will need to choose based on personal preference. Inflight has the better representation of the fuselage narrowing near the horizontal stabilizers, very sexy! But the dehidral of the wings is too much, this is better for Gemini/JCW. Gemini/JCW prints the passenger windows too low, again this is very visible near rear end of the plane.

I have the -900 from Inflight and had the -1000 from Gemini/JCW, that I returned because of window printing. I will not buy the Gemini/JCW -1000 until they have corrected this.

I don't really understand why there has not been a satisfactory nose from anyone so far? It's not exactly rocket science. How hard is it to get that nose drop? i mean there are a lot of other things that are probably harder to do....lol

Take a look at Herpa's A350. Superb mold allthough plastic. Half the price of diecast but 100% A350. SAS is announced and will be out there soon.
KLM4me and Luftymatt like this.

But it’s yellowing, which is more than frustrating...

Raymond turned me on to Phoenix. I have two A350 now. Vietnam - the one that’s registration was done over and over by other manufacturers; and China Airlines B-18916, because we rolled next to it at ONT....guess that’s not gonna happen again...

No removable gears on herpa's A350. Have no problems with yellowing at all.

Yellowing was an issue on some early Herpa models, the famous Premium series, unpainted white plastic turned yellow while aging.

While it is early to be definitive on recent releases, I am not expecting this to be an issue on their current products.

The new ones are painted I believe. I have five Herpa premium models, and they are yellowed allthough not so badly.

Thank you for the hint 🙂! Their nose definitely comes closest to the original.
