AC-130 1:200 *Duplicate Post

I know that there has been AC-130s made by Corgi and other various lower quality model producers in the past, but why has no one dared to make a solid 1:200 diecast AC-130? I am dying for a Gunship from any of the vast companies that make 1:200 C-130s.

I put this in the military aircraft forum, but we are mainly focused on the 1:72 scale over there. I thought I would bring it over to you guys for a better explanation. With so many producers processing the tooling for the C-130H and J why has no one made an AC-130? The AC-130 seems to me at least to be "close enough" to be made in diecast. I would be incredibly happy with a -U "U-boat" (Just a C-130H) or the new -J Ghostrider.

Gemini Jets 200 P-8 brought me hope that we could one day see the a gunships, but why no Love the Gunship? Any idea?

I am totally bias in my affection for the Spooky. The Ghostrider was the second military plane I ever had the fortune to ride on. I got to fly on an AC during a live-fire exercises in the Florida Panhandle. Riding on that machine of death was without a doubt one of the coolest things I have ever done. You could pretty easily imagine my dumb smile as we pulled 3.5Gs in the middle of thunderstorms over the Gulf of Mexico.
