Default Austrian New Colors 777....

Another isolation purchase, but they are starting to wind down now. Had to go plastic on this one. It is one of just a few plastic ones left in my collection. Phoenix has done this one pretty decent too but Ebay prices are through the roof with major price gouging making it impossible to obtain.

This one is made by Limox Models which is basically a fancy name for Hogan. Its not bad, lacks all the detail of a diecast and I will most likely blow this one out once I can find a Phoenix one at a decent price. The stand is one of those ridiculous 3 legged metal ones with rubber tips, the worst in the industry (yes I know Gemini used it too early on)

Enjoy!

I like that one Russ. Have you seen this Turkish 777? I have the Swiss A340, in the special SFO livery.

Okay livery, but prefer the previous one with the blue accents!

Yes! Previous livery was better! Currently making models of both 767 and 777 in those colours with Hasegawa kits...

totally agree, I had the Herpa version in 200 scale but someone recently contacted me that they flew on that plane, knew I had it so they begged me to sell it to them which I did. I do have the Herpa F-70 in the blue accent scheme so that will do for now..
