Default Photos: lots of props, no eurowhite.

Finally, after bouncing around for the last 10 plus years, I'm settled in and able to display my collection. Please forgive my photography limitations.

What a great collection. Straight to the sixties (with a rare exception from the 70's). Fantastic!

Thank you.

Shelves are from IKEA. Plywood, 1x3's, and 1x4's from Home Depot. Lights from Amazon.
I must say that the shelves from IKEA are nice. 14 x 22 tempered glass for $5 each. I have to get a few more for the small Canadian collection.

I love all the Connie's on the top shelf EC-121R Warning Star, and the Navy Connies, also I must say correct placement you have chosen for the best Top shelf worthy of your props

I have a couple more coming in to fill some gaps. The ones I want haven't been made yet.

My wife's favorite job was with Midway Airlines. I hope to replace the plastic one on the bottom shelf some day.

I keep coming back to admire your collection.

What I love about it is how you've got the props next to the jets - puts aircraft size into perspective as the world shifted from the smaller props to much larger and sleeker jets.

The idea was, when possible, to display the progression of the airlines front to back and left to right. Then continue with takeovers and mergers.

Thank you and my pleasure. The cabinet is homemade. It comes apart for ease of movement.

Thank you! I do love the aircraft (the TWA and Delta Connies...).
But you really impress me with the cabinet. It is high on my wishlist to have a similar one. Do you build all elements yourself? It looks very professional.
