I don't get why there's another FedEx 767 already when the last one was only a few months ago and still readily available.

Great to see Gemini consistently releasing different Air Canada mainline & express models.
Hope to see an Air Canada Express Dash 8-300 and Embraer E175 in the new livery as well!

The NLM F27-600 is a nice addition. It will compliment the F27-200 by Herpa Wings well.

Forgive me if I’m supposed to already know the answer to this..

I preordered the TWA 727-200 on Aug 19th, 2019. (I just went on my retailer’s website to check to see if I was going crazy or not.)

Can anyone help explain this to me? Any explanation is better than no explanation for why it’s “news” that this model is finally being released now. Thanks!!

I asked this question back in February (also regarding the UA "Friendship" B722) and it was explained to me that the "Future Release Previews" on GJ's website are a loose list of intended models without concrete dates of realization.

Gemini started putting these "future release previews" on it's website back in August but still kept a traditional monthly announcement. I think the majority of retailers do not actually list them as pre-orders until they are officially announced during the monthly cycle.

Many brands post a future release and then release it 6-12-18 months later. I don’t blame Gemini one bit for putting previews up. Love or hate them, the one thing they’ve always done is make an official announcement and next month they’re here.

Just to set the record straight it is up to the individual dealers to accept orders on Future Order Previews. There is no set time that any of those will be released. It is only intended to let the collector know that Gemini has it scheduled for production. Gemini does not control or recommend a dealer to take such an order.

Once models are loaded on the container in Hong Kong and the manifest is sent to ADI then and only then are those models announced as the next months announcement. This ensures that there will be no issues and all the dealers have an opportunity to order.

Cool cool. Glad to have some clarity on that. Thanks for commenting you guys! I’ve come to expect super long wait times for Inflight and JCW, just don’t remember seeing that with Gemini before.

Since retailers decide on when to list preorders, think they use the numbers as intel for potential inventory stock??

Gemini has allways been consistent with their releases. What they announce, they deliver.. allways. So big kudos for gemini. You know for sure that these announced models will be delivered in may.

Why is GJ re-releasing the KLM MD-11 again? Final flight livery?

Edit: Sorry, I just realized it's the older livery - looks very cool.

LH A350 "Göttingen" - i am in love. My hometown.

I hope, that the new blue from Lufthansa is the same like the Jfox A321neo.
Does anyone have a picture from the Gemini Lufthansa blue vs the Jfox Lufthansa blue?

Pre-ordered the TWA, since it's one of my two holy grails. So glad I didn't get the ugly Inflight version, but to commemorate my first ever flight back in 1985 this one was important! Gemini had to do it sooner or later. Who would have thought later would be 6 years after they did the final livery and 9 after the twin-globe?

Funny, Inflight200 just announced this one. I’m sure we’ll see it in 12 months. Gemini might get one to market before that possibly.

Question Re: Gemini 200 May Releases

Photos of May releases are on GeminiJets website today.

I'm very excited with TWA 727-200 red stripe. But could anyone here (crownvic please?) confirm that the red color is only bright due to camera flash, not on final product? I expect its color matches with the red stripe color of my Inflight TWA 747-100. Cannot wait for receive it anyway!

Most colors in the sample pics are affected by false lighting...

Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"
"you're the gourmet around here, Ed!"

So what about the shade of red on the TWA, what is going on with those wing stripes? Aren't they supposed to be parallel to the fuselage? YIKES!
