Default Three new(-ish) Air France models from Socatec

Hi!

Just came across these models on the Socatec website, they should have been available for several weeks/some months by now.

But as Aviation Megastore (my usual source) doesn't have any of them, I can't tell since when.

B773 F-GSQV by JFOX:

A319 F-GRXM by IF:

A320SL F-HEPK by IF:

Happy collecting 😊✈️🇫🇷 !

Thumbs up Re: Three new(-ish) Air France models from Socatec

This 773 is a champ. I have the AF 772 by Gemini that was release a few years back (and still available at Socatec) which I like very much, but numerous improvements have since been made to the engines, landing gear, etc., that would be present in this model. If you are an AF fan, you should seriously consider adding this important airframe to your collection. (Geez—even the box art is like my Gemini one. )

Now you've got me thinking . . .

The A319 and A320 are impressive !...
The amount of details (antennas, satcom, etc) on top of that 319 baby bus, is outstanding!

Beautiful Air France birds. Love the modern IF molds, theyre very very good imo. Best A319/320/321 for sure.

These A 319 and A 320 are excellent, certainly the best ever produced as I already said.

The talent of the man who made this mold should be used to rework the wings of the B 707-320.

Great, thank you! I've been thinking for quite some time to get an IF AF B773.

I think the time has come 😊😎 !

I already have the IF JOON A320 which is really nice as well!

Stocks look good at Socatec:

A319 F-GRXM 136 pieces

A320SL F-HEPK 111 pieces

B773 F-GSQV 102 pieces

B772 F-GSPX 09 pieces

---------------------------------------

Thanks everyone for all the other replies as well!

Pull the trigger on either. I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed. Both are festooned with micro-detail.

Does SOCATEC have a store in Paris? I checked a few years ago and never found it.

SOCATEC is a very small family run company, among other activities they are selling model aircraft.
The father is the Chairman and the son is the Executive Manager.

They do not produce anything, simply from time to time they commission a model for the Air France Museum.

They do have an address in Paris but it is an office, there is no showroom.

The best way to contact them is to use the "formulaire de contact" written in English, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the home page.
