Got this little gem from DiecastAirplane.com
Not a lot of this news around this little beauty, I know not a big popular subject because it's from a relatively newer and smaller company (NG models - who have been doing some great work) and also it's regarding a lesser known aircraft the Comac C919 - the first China made commercial passenger aircraft. I know a lot of people are going to say "it's a copy of a baby 787 or airbus...etc." Politics aside, it's a pretty nice model. Plus it goes well with my House Color collection.
It does represent a start for other companies to just into the Commercial Aircraft industry and not just always about Airbus and Boeing, that's the important part. Sometimes when giants become too big, they make mistakes like with the Boeing 737 MAX. So with other companies jumping into the mix, it creates more competition and that pushes everyone to do better.
NG models did a great job with the representation of the model, especially that wingtip is beautifully curved and it's quite solid and heavy in diecast. Here's some pictures:
I even got a little pin to go with the model
