Yeah thanks guys I bought it from my birthday & X-mas gift money last year at Arcunia, so I thank them for reserving me this beauty and for the great packing & handling to get it to me on Dec 28, 2019

As the review goes it is a bit on late terms, but I just had a busy time so therefore I made the review today.

Yeah it's really worth having, glad I reserved mine at Arcunia, it was the one livery I had missing from my KLM B747s'.

Very nice addition to your fleet. I like the "Click Away" livery and have a B743 with it.

Hey thanks snowghost

That KLM B747-306M is the PH-BUV "Sir Geoffrey deHavilland", a very rare and nice model to have hands on
Yet I remember some KLM DC-10-36's & KLM MD-11's having that "Click Away" art on them as well back in the day.

But back on December 21, 1985 & January 24, 1986 my mother sister and I flew with that exact aircraft type, that being a KLM B747-306M, but it was KLM's first B747-306M they had in service which was the PH-BUU "Sir Frank Whittle" from Australia to Netheralnds and back it was a retour flight:

Fly path:

December 21, 1985:
Sydney - Singapore - Colombo - Amsterdam

January 24, 1986:
Amsterdam - Colombo - Singapore - Sydney

But since the PH-BUU was sold out I bought the PH-BUW instead since it did have the correct classic livery of when I flew the PH-BUU at the time.
The ARD PH-BUW has the classic sky blue livery with the polished belly and the dark Blue KLM tail logo, so despite this i didn't mind getting PH-BUW overthe sold out PH-BUU.

But I'll still try and pick up a PH-BUU & PH-BUK this year for as parts of my secondary B747 collection.

Here the KLM B747-306M, PH-BUW I have now:

So yea I'm okay with this

PH-BUW flew for the first time in October of 1986, it's how I found out here:
https://www.planespotters.net/airfra...airways/ed00v3

And when my fam & I were on PH-BUU I remember the captain telling us it was their first Boeing 747-300 in their fleet, so that being true, it must of been the PH-BUU and no other.

The search goes on then !

Hey thanks Steve Yeah back for a bit, hope to make a nice couple of additions after dad & I modified the cast with 16 extra custom made glass planks to space 16 extra B747's

It won't be cheap, around 320 euros but since some models can cost around 260a 320 euros it's just worth the upgrade, so all worth it in the end.

Yet I might buy some model before I do this hence for rarity reasons but I try to do that after the upgrade.

Here the entire set as of now, as you see there is some lovely usable space above the B747's on their stands, so yea I gotta make good use of that

Just cool to have all five KLM B747 liveries in there, but it would be nice to see that dark blue KLM logo to make a comeback, just looks better imo
So yea making room for a secondary B747 Collection will be my new goal for 2020
