I don't know if anyone can get in contact with Gemini. But Gemini would be much better off changing the serial to 23292.

It was that C17 that flew the Mach loop a while back.

Much more interesting,....and to be frank historical release.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmK5roc3HwY

So if Gemini is looking please change, or if anyone is close to them could pass that on, I would be very grateful.

I should point out that it was piloted by a RAF/USAF crew,...so it should also be enticing for Blighty collectors.

Ah excellent, a whole batch of terrible A321's... Knowing GJ, that nose section has only gotten worse, along with the rest of the imperfections. I mean just take a look at the latest LH release!

Nah, Jan, I'm sure it's just an optical illusion, or, a one-off caused by overzealous polishing by a factory worker.

Also, points to anyone who gets the reference. Lol.

No need to quote the orig. picture. It's redundant and clutters threads.
But yeah, Gemini and JCW need to throw this garbage mold and start again with the 321s

When the releases are announced, those models were finished weeks ago and now en-route in the container, thus making any modifications impossible.

True. Sorry about that. The other forums I regularly post on automatically minimize/“spoiler” quoted images, so I’m used to not having to bother. DA.C should get with the times and modernize their platform.

Not necessarily true, everybody has different tastes. Based on the infatuation with KLM that will be a big seller along with a few others.

I'm so excited for the JetBlue and Lufthansa A380!! I've been hoping for more JetBlue releases to somehow get caught up with all of the 1:400 releases they have for that carrier. I'm happy with this months releases

OK, thanks.

That's a bummer and a touch silly.

But there you go,...an opportunity wasted and its unlikely we will see the Mach Loop C17 now as this is the third Charleston release I think.

G2EIN884 Aer Lingus A321LR EI-LRA - No thanks.
G2AMX838 Aeromexico B787-9 XA-ADL “Quetzalcoatl” livery - Love the livery, but even as a 200 scale, there are better releases out there. No
G2ASA835 Alaska A321neo N928VA - Awful A321neo casting.
G2ETD883 Etihad A350-1000 A6-XWB - Probably worth something if they got the colors right.
G2FDX861 FedEx A310-300F N811FD - Not my thing.
G2JBU869 JetBlue A321neo N2002J (balloon design on tail) - No, I don't really like this tail all that much. Plus awful A321neo casting.
G2KLM849 KLM B787-10 PH-BKA “KLM 100” livery - I'm sure this will sell!
G2DLH785 Lufthansa A380 D-AIMB - Good for LH fans, but nah.
G2UAL874 United Express E175 N605UX (new livery) - Yeah, maybe.
G2AFO880 U.S. Air Force C-17A Globemaster III 99206 (Charleston AFB) - Another C-17 is okay.

Honestly, a very unimpressive month.

An opinion is an agenda.

Criticism is nitpicking.

A complaint is an attack.

Suggestions are whining.

Thankfully, most of us know better, and we can see your poor attempts at deflections for exactly what they are.

Skosh..For someone who was banned for life on this forum by the previous moderator who I too had issues with, you are Trouble with a capital T...the fact you got back in by a technical error, you contribute nothing here. I’ve never altered or deleted any anti Gemini threads or comments ever.

I’m not going to defend myself other then to say enjoy the forum for now because your clock is ticking and your time is running out and this time it will be permanent..

Happy Halloween to you too..,

Not sure what's the point of more images? The A320 series are horrendous from all angles! It seems the folks at GJ can't see (of care for) the obvious errors... I've been saying for years how consulting collectors with samples in the process of development would benefit both manufacturer and collector. Instead GJ just blocks anyone who says the slightest flaw about their models (i.e blocking me from FB years ago for my concern about the color of an AC CRJ). Gemini is like Boeing, they used to make great products, and then came the 737MAX.

I'm glad to see that Aero Mexico 789 Quetzalcoatl is going to be released. One of the nicest special liveries in recent time. The FedEx A310 is another must have. I would always see a couple of them parked at Bush Intercontinental.

Thank you, but there is nothing to understand. There are a few members of this forum who have a hidden agenda mostly for their dislike of me, and will continuously bash Gemini and never have anything nice to say no matter what Gemini produces. One was called out for their false accusations about the latest Air Canada 777 here is the thread:

https://www.diecastaircraftforum.com...ada-777-a.html

If you check their post history, you will see exactly what I am talking about.

I'll be the first to say Gemini is not perfect, but these few want to prove their point with their constant negative criticism.

I mostly look to Gemini when I want a model. They have some great stuff. I might have to get the FedEx A310.

But these A321s are absolute trash. Michael Jackson's botched nose job looked better than the noses on these. It's been like this for years too. I don't understand why they haven't been fixed. I guess people must be buying them though.

Can we please have a TUI 757 or 737. No one has released these yet, there are loads out there that have yet to be released and yet we see manufacturers releasing the same stuff. I am not having a go, I just wondered how models are decided.

But these A321s are absolute trash. Michael Jackson's botched nose job looked better than the noses on these. It's been like this for years too. I don't understand why they haven't been fixed. I guess people must be buying them though.
I don’t have an A321 in my collection, but I have a few A319s and an A320. I don’t know if they are perfect, but they look pretty good to me. I seem to fly Alaska a fair amount, but have not ended up on one of their Airbuses yet. Still, as my Alaska collection grows... I could see adding this to my collection. Those KLM and Aeromexico Dreamliners are solid gold.

Those definitely are pretty good! The nose area on the A321 seems to only be for that variant, so not really a worry for your A319s and A320s. I do prefer the Inflight mould for this aircraft personally, but even they arent "perfect". Nothing is though haha

I personally think it's tough to tell how bad a mould is if you aren't holding it up to the real thing. There are some exceptions like with these A320 family for example. I never noticed the nose on them but the engines are my main complaint

The Etihad 351 and the KLM 781 are excellent releases.
I will def think of getting one or both.
Quetzalcoatl is a bit of a head scratcher.
JCW released a while back and its a stunner going for $$$ on eBay.
I am hoping G200's version includes all the nice details that JCW adds (such as ALL 3-D domes and extra printing of panels on body and especially engines). Gemini has cut back on this lately, which is why I always prefer JCW if given the choice.

, same here. @ToddModels (aka Todd Michael "marketing manager" from Gemini) blocked me from Instagram due to my comments on their ****ty A321 nose. What a tosser. Censor their customers whilst peddle an inferior product. A good rule in marketing is acknowledge customer comments and then maybe respond with for e.g. feedback accepted, we will fix it at some point (even if it's bollocks). Thence the reason I put his title in quotes.

When comes to the larger aircraft, Gemini is my first look too. Overall, I love the attention to detail. Really crisp. I was (and still am) blown away with my AF 777-200.

There is an old adage, You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.

Some people obviously do not have anything better to do than to bash others, no matter how perfect something is. It is just in there nature. Do not let them get to you and if worst comes to worst, BAN THEM!!!

You're a mod? Really? I'm afraid it's not gone well, it seems.

I find it interesting that I am being attacked for being pro-NG Models, and not cussing or harassing others. Naw, I'm being attacked for having an opinion. That's nice. I'm allowed to have an opinion. And an agenda? Seriously? You sure you don't have one?

Now, I'm going to explain something to you. I have been a GJ customer for almost 15 years. I have stacks of their models and have consistently bought from them. Over the last 2-3 years, I have see their quality spiral down, and have begged them to change their ways. I recently bought from them, and ALL the models I got were in pieces with paint chips, missing antennas, with raised prices. Not to mention they have been very rude to me and others.

Yes, I am biased to NG, but I want GJ to better themselves. It's nice to buy a product with the quality NG is exhibiting, and better yet, they listen to customers. If that makes me the bad guy, so be it.

Now stay on topic.

Those A321neo’s will be nice additions to my collection, pointy nose and all. I’ll grab the Expressjet too while I’m at it and perhaps the Etihad. Yes, I agree the A321 mold need to be revised but eh maybe one day.

I'm curious to see how the EY A350 comes out. The sand color is one of the most beautiful in the airline industry

The 1:200 A321 mold is pretty bad. Especially the nose.
