Default Problem

Hi

Maybe someone will explain?

On June 18th, I placed an order: on Lufthansa A320 D-AIZQ Say Yes To Europe on the Aviation Retail Direct website.

I simply collect lufthanse on a scale of 1/200. I transferred PP to the store's account just over USD 100. And I'm waiting.

However, two days ago, the store returned my money. I do not know what to think about it.

The model is still in the store. Does this mean that I can not buy this model? Maybe the ARD will send me the invoice again for payment? Can anyone explain this to me?

Best
Darek

I sent two emails to ARD, but I did not receive an answer

If you paid ARD by PayPal on the 18th June they will not claim the money until the model is ready to dispatch. However if that time delay is over a certain time(I think 28 days) PayPal will not release the funds to ARD. When this happens ARD will re-issue a new PayPal request to you via email.
This happened to me when I pre-ordered a model that did not arrive with them within the time allowed for a delayed PayPal payment.
Hopefully you should get contacted by ARD soon if the model is in stock.

I've tried twice ordering from ARD. Both times my orders went sideways. Card is charged, model is now out of stock, funds in limbo. Card is charged, now it isn't, now it is. And then the illogical replies. I've given up on ARD and shop elsewheres now. Painlessly.

I know countless have had no issue.
