Default 1/200 hogan 737 max 10?

Anyone knows when this will be rel? there's a print and even a set number for it on the 737 max 9 box but haven't seen it at all. So is it now really delayed like 737 max being grounded and delayed delivers?

Good question. You would be amazed how many people don't know a MAX7 exists. Last trip down to Boeing, they had a bunch of different models made by Pacmin, in 1/144 scale. I got the MAX10. It was like $150 something like that. I have a Boeing corporate model by Hogan in 200 scale. It is a MAX7 with the colours of soon to be Canadian start up Jetlines. You are right. Lots of talk about MAX 8&9. A little about the 10. None about the 7. Some employees at the Boeing gift shop, didn't even know a MAX7 is being made. I include photo proof.

The 7 is my favorite version of the MAX and best looking IMO. I love the shorter fuselage; the wingspan on the 7 is about a foot longer than fuselage length. Great proportions! And the big engines and two overwing exits per side (compared to just one on the -700) add some character as well.

So far, the MAX 7 isn't very popular, with only about 100 orders and 4 customers.

I have been in the Boeing gift shop several times in Everett. I could not find a single item in the store for the MAX7. NOTHING. No models, shirts, hats, pins…. If this version has sold the least, I would have thought they would want to advertise it? Or am I wrong?

I'm largely ignorant to Boeing's marketing and sales practices, but I hardly think that making models and knick-knacks to sell to the general public from their gift shop will affect actual aircraft sales. I'm sure actual airlines/customers are well aware the MAX 7 exists, lol.

My guess is that the new engines and economics of the MAX series make it only marginally more expensive to simply operate an 8 in most cases compared to a 7. The 7 is also slightly longer than the -700, so the difference in capacity between the MAX 7 vs. 8 isn't as big as the difference between a -700 and -800.

Just from an enthusiast perspective, I hope the 7 picks up in sales, and doesn't perpetually flounder like the -600 did.

There's a 1/200 scale Boeing 737-MAX10 model airplane on sale right now at the Boeing Store, which is shown below:

This model should have gear. It is a Hogan I believe? I have the 8 & 9, and they have the gear on the carboard back, like many Hogans.

Hogan is the best plastic aircraft model manufacturer IMO. The moulds are fantastic, they have excellent detail, and removable landing gear. Plus they are pretty solid and weighty.

Unfortunately, not every hogan has gears, or even have a place for gear.
See their 777-9.... ;( This could have easily been with gears.

Now, the 737 max 10 might be tricky due to the telescopic gears? lol.

So boeing shipped my order via fedex and received within 5 days. I ordered a 737 Max 10 and a 777-9. I only got a chance to play with the max 10

Good news: Even though the box doesn't say hogan, the package style says hogan. and in this case there IS provision for fitting the landing gears. So i imagine any of the gear set from NG or Max 8/9 (which i think hogan uses the same one from NG) would probably work. Although i haven't tried it yet since i am traveling and only bring the model hastily as soon as i unpacked the box and have to leave for airport.

Bad news: it does not come with a set of landing gears. only come with the bay doors and the stand. At least the stand is a nicer one with simulated wood base...

There is a small ridge near the tail simulating the tail strike protection plate in the max 10

I recommend getting two models so you can use this code: STOCK_UP_EVENT_100 to save 25%. also limited time free shipping!
