Default NG Model - 1:200 May 2019 Release Photographs

I have been asked to consolidate the usual NG Model monthly photograph update to a single post, to achieve that request and not impact on any post size restrictions, rather than the normal five/six photographs; I'll limit the posting to two photographs per model. Anyone interested in more, please pm me with your email contact details and I'll be happy to forward additional photographs.

Please bear with me as I load the images!

Very handsome livery and beautiful model.

The same with the Air France or HOP ! livery ?

Thanks for the additional pics! Hard to believe it took this long, long after NWA's disappearance, for a bowling shoe CRJ-200 to get released! This really reminds me of the monthly flights in and out of MSP!!

NG has really come through with releasing N-regs that collectors actually want! I'm down to just two other gotta have CRJ-200s: U.S. Airways Express dark blue livery and a Delta Connection interim livery with COMAIR titles.

I'm not a bowling shoe collector, but the more Northwest, the better!

Just noticed the top half of the letter L in "Airlink" is cut off on the port side of the photo. Looks fine on the starboard side. Hopefully just an error on this model only.

Any chance of NG doing an all white CRJ for custom purposes? I'd love to have a few

You might be onto something. I bet there are those who would pay for weathered versions of these models. There is a niche market for that kind of realism in other model collecting.

Something I thought you may like? Not a CRJ, but correct livery I think?

Yup, that's the livery for sure. Flew on the CR2s frequently with an occasional stubby Dash-8 every now and then out of DAY when I was stationed there. Didn't see any Saabs or ERJs in this livery out of DAY.

Not sure why there is only one CRJ-200 release this month, but not complaining as the Bowling Shoe is my most wanted livery for the CRJ-200! Thanks NG!

Missing the dot for the first "i" on my copy and the "l" is a little short. I probably wouldn't have noticed unless I was looking for the error, though.

Mine came that way too. Very minor detail that DOES NOT ruin the model for me. This is by far the 2019 model of the year for me!

Happy Dragon Boat Festival(The 5th day of the 5th lunar month). The long traditional festival originated from the ancient Chinese sacrifice to the dragon, and later commemorated some special historical figures, as well as performing rituals to ward off diseases in the early summer. Now people eat Zongzi and watch dragon boat races in this festival. Zongzi is a kind of food has glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo Leaves. A very interesting holiday.

Just received my model and was relieved to find that mine didnt have the Airlink flaws seen on other models, Not that it would have been a deal breaker anyway.

Thank you NG for making a beautiful model representation of Northwests Jet Airlink CRJ!

White paint and a fine modeler brush will take care of the missing dot folks!

Some photos of my Northwest Airlink Pinnacle 200. Sharp bird! (Dot on both “i”s!, thankfully!)

Glad to see that the tampo issue is not so wide spread as previously thought. NG has certainly made a fine model indeed.
