Default Will we EVER see a Dash 8-300?

I'm curious if you all think we will ever get the mid sized Dash 8 from a manufacturer. I mean a lot of carriers have operated the type over the year and I know any in the AA/US colours would sell as well as the dash 8-100, not to mention Air Canada still having quite a few.

I mean, Herpa did the Dash 7 and any release of them would basically only be historic since so few still fly today. Not to mention historic models are a very specific market that not everybody gets excited from.

I personally think it's about time someone did a dash 8-300, hell I'd even take a plastic kit haha

There was a few nice Air Nippon ones done, have all five; surprised the mould was never used anywhere else. Checked the boxes; all in Japanese, so no idea what manufacturer. Also have 2 JAL Commuter, but came in blank boxes...

Air Canada Express Dash 8-300 in the previous livery would be great!

I agree. An American Eagle 8-300 would be great. Specially the last flight one.

I agree too and would be great if those liveries were done.

I'd personally take both the AC old livery and new livery. I'd probably even buy one in Air Ontario colours

All of them had been released by ANA trading co. who had been the producer, Hogan had been the manufacturer. They measured their actual ship by a 3D measurement method and all the data were sent to Hogan to create a brand new mould. So the mould is pretty good like their YS-11.

If they have the mould why don't they utilize it?

Perhaps ANA own the mould as they paid for it? Therefore Hogan can't use it for any other livery without ANA's permission or paying them a fee?
