Was thinking about grabbing a couple air stairs or something, maybe pickup or a bus, and painting it BN, but the 1/200 GSE seems all to modern in styles. Anybody know any 60s era looking GSE?

Thanks.
I do believe my Aeroclassics Air Canada DC-8 models came with GSE from that time period in the 60s. Very nice and metal GSE. I don't know if you can purchase just the GSE separately? You may want to reach out to a few retailers who sell Aeroclassics 1/200 models. Cheers! T7

Those would look pretty good with a future plan I have to do a set of 60s era USMC aircraft maybe. A VMFA 334 F-4, VMA 241 A-4, HMM 261H 34, a nice F-8 Crusader from VMFA 232, with a backdrop of the Saddleback Mountains.....Those would look great I think, but for now I'm limiting myself strictly to Girard Gemini white tail Braniff 1/200. That way I might keep my house, girlfriend, stuff.
Your most recent post seems to have disappeared, but here are a few retro NW visitors on fantasy visit to London Airport Northside in the 1950's. We would have been darned mad if they had come in and we had missed them!!!
Hi Rui, I'm sure you remember some of these buildings and models!
Ah, are you kidding me? I still have the whole thing ( building layout ) in my head! :-) I am among those very few that had the amazing opportunity to learn so much regarding London Airport. I had a good teacher. Fond memories.

That's nice. I'm really trying to avoid needing a bigger basement.

Stop being so modest Rui. Your N gauge GSE and dioramas were terrific. Show us some more or run the old pics again.
And does anyone remember JESUS and his paper GSE? They were great models. I wish I had one of those grey BEA lavatory emptying trucks, they were everywhere at Heathrow during the 1960's.
Very nice dioramas and vehicles! Joy to read this thread.

I am in agreement with you on that! It's like taking a time machine a few decades back during that collecting era. Kudos for those sharing pics of their retro GSE and other support vehicles in this thread. T7
