Jal dc-8-61

Has any other collectors wondered why we haven't seen a DC-8-61 mold in 200 scale?

I find it weird that some of the people behind the current manufactures collected Aero Mini's and many (not me) think/thought the JAL DC-8-61 was the holy grail, but yet no one has produced one in die-cast that I am aware of!

Agreed, Delta would be nice too. If they make a 61, a 71 is also possible!

So many great -61s & -71s that could be made. My first real flight was on a DL -61 DTW to ATL back in 1973.

Glad to see you two want the 61/71 as bad as I do! So true that there are many great models that could be produced with this air frame!
